Introducing new tools to replace old ones can be challenging because users are habituated with the tool they have been using, despite its flaws. CloudOn was brave enough to address its flaws and redesign the tool to make editing simpler, faster and lag-free. As part of this process of introducing a new tool and hand - holding a user to a point where they are comfortable with the new tool, adept copy is key.
